Matrimonial Relationship Deemed To Be Terminated
In any of the
following circumstances, the matrimonial relationship between the
husband and the wife shall be deemed to have been terminated:
(a) If marriage is annulled pursuant to Section 72 or 73,
(b) If marriage is dissolved according to law between
husband and wife,
(c) If the wife concludes another marriage before effecting
divorce pursuant to law.
